DXC has adopted this Application Privacy Policy in order to ensure visitors and registered users and/or their companies are informed about DXC’s commitment and dedication to privacy and data protection. 1. Collection of IP Addresses

2. Aggregated Statistics

4. Registration

Should you chose to register to access the premium content of the web site, you will be asked for specific personal data without which the registration will not be completed. a.o. name and email-address of which email-address will need to be verified. Specifying additional information can be specified that can help us improve the user experience but this information is never mandatory

5. Use of the Service by Minors

This web site / web application is intended for a closed user group not specifically targeting adults nor blocking minors.

6. Responsibility and accountability

This web site / web application tries to apply to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as issued by EU Regulation 2016/679. By all means, the best data protection for all individuals is attempted. By design and by default, the privacy is maximized. Personal data is kept until a user has not logged on anymore since 5 years. After that period his data is pseudonymised. After pseudonymisation, the user cannot log on anymore and requires to go through a new registration process. When a user has an account, he can ask to be forgotten. The user will be logged out, his account will be terminated and all private data in his profile will be pseudonymised. 7. Data Breaches

An important data-breach will be regarded as a severity 2 problem and will be execued according to the corresponding SLA-terms. 8. Use of this web site on public computers

It is assumed that using that persons using this application on public computers explictly log off from the application. It is further assumed that the service-provider making available this web site on a public computer assures all cookies are cleared on every close of browser or change of customer profile. DXC will not accept responsibility for non-compliances caused by disregarding the assumptions made.
